Ho deciso di scrivere una serie di post dedicati al gotha della moda, a coloro che davvero ispirano i look di tutto il mondo e i fashion trend del momento. Sono per lo più donne, per lo più belle e sicuramente tutte piene di stile. Quasi tutte si muovono, o si sono mosse, tra le scrivanie e gli apocalittici guardaroba della redazione di Vogue, ma quasi nessuna si è fermata a quello. Ognuna ha il suo stile e il suo marchio di fabbrica, ma tutte quante sarebbero capaci di far diventare il peggior capo kitsch del momento un cult assicurato o una ragazza anonima la it-girl più contesa... il tutto in un battito di ciglia. I decide to start a series of posts about people who play a huge role in the fashion industry, who really inspire looks and fashion trends in all of the world. Most of them are woman, beautiful and full of style. Most of them juggled, or juggle, between Vogue's desks and apocalyptic wardrobes, but nobody stops there. These talented ladies all have one thing in common: a very creative sense of style. They could transform in a must-have the most kitsch item of ever, and in an it-girl the most anonymous girl... all this in a blink. Who they are? Follow me.

La seconda donna che ho scelto di "raccontare" in questi post è Viviana Volpicella: la regina degli outfit, una vera e propria bibbia ambulante della moda. É nata a Bari dove si é laureata in architettura, ma il destino ha voluto che arrivasse a Milano per uno stage come stylist presso Anna Dello Russo... Stage che l'ha portata a diventare niente di meno che la sua assistente personale a Vogue Nippon, dove tra le altre cose è diventata grande amica di Elisa Nalin (post su di lei qui) e Aurora Sansone. Si é fatta conoscere dagli amanti della moda nei front row delle più prestigiose sfilate, dove ha dimostrato che esuberante e chic sono due parole che possono convivere: sa mixare stampe e colori come nessun'altro, senza cadere mai nell'esagerazione e nel ridicolo. É altrettanto conosciuta per il suo bellissimo sorriso, le gambe abbronzate e la sigaretta perennemente fra le labbra. Se cercate qualcuno a cui ispirarvi (magari non per le sigarette!)
